Pho Hoa Binh 2 Menu

We found this place to have the best vegetarian pho and general Vietnamese food in the area (of 4 we've visited)! We tried the lychee boba/bubble tea, veg pho, veg banh xeo (Vietnames pancakes), and Shaky tofu. All were delicious! We went with our 14-month old, who also loved the portions we allowed her to taste. They have high chairs for young ones, and the waiter brought out a separate cup, straw, bowl and plasticware set without our requesting. Very attentive and thoughtful! The service was overall excellent and friendly. Also, contrary to the current details posted for this place, they do have outdoor seating, and it's quite nice.

Good access to the parking garage and nice atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. I had the vegetarian pho and my girlfriend had the veg noodle bowl. Both were really good! The summer rolls were also good and tasted very fresh. It's nice to finally have a good Vietnamese restaurant in Silver Spring!

Pho was tasteless and mostly MSG. Very little meat. Undercooked noodles. Old bean sprouts. It was like some dried up pho was sitting in a bowl, and they added hot water. Fried spring roll in sesame was tasteless and oily. Consisted of amorphous animal product and filler. Came out so quickly, it was surely premade. Grilled pork on vermicelli was -- you guessed it -- tasteless, thin on the garnishing, low on the meat, and heavy on the MSG. They have 3 high chairs, one of which was wobbly, and one of which was missing a wood beam. The ice water was nice.

Pretty darn good.... Feeling a bit under the weather and what else but Pho to make you feel better?! Working in downtown SS for the past 4 years and I still have yet to seek a good establishment for Pho. Thank you, Yelp! New restaurant located across the street from the Wayne Ave public parking garage right next to the new library. The restaurant itself is very blah. No real decor, white walls, nothing inviting but nothing to deter you from not visiting. Today I'm anti-social, so I was very pleased I was able to make my order online in advance without speaking to someone and completely butchering the proper pronunciation of what I'm ordering. Made the order and boop! Once I walked in 10 minutes later and it was just coming out the kitchen. Yeassss! Simple, fast, no chit-chatting and I'm outta there!! Food: I got the flank and skirt flank pho. Everything was separated with some extras included. Huge serving in my opinion. I was only able to eat half of it. Good amount of it for $7.50. I also got the vegetable spring rolls. These were yummy. Bought them to split with my coworker and I should have gotten another batch! There were only 2 to an order for $3.50 but they were delicious. I could taste how fresh the veggies were. Yummo. Overall, my experience was good. I will definitely return. Oh yeah, they also deliver for free for orders over $20.

I came here on a college friend's recommendation (thanks Trang!) :) Food: We ordered the Vietnamese pancakes, grilled chicken rolls (4), and he ordered a pho with brisket. My Vietnamese pancakes were really good. They came out quickly and with loads of basil (immediate plus!!) This was my first time trying them, so I do not have a sounding board of experience to compare them with. However, to eat the pancakes, you wrap little bite sized buts into the small lettuce pieces and dip it into the nuc nom. Very tasty. The pho had a very home cooked broth. It reminded me of the pho a friend's mom used to make for me. Unfortunately, the beef steak pieces looked and tasted like the steakuums you would buy in the frozen section of the local Safeway. It detracted from the pho's wonderful broth. The noodles were perfectly cooked. The pho additions (jalapeño, basil, bean sprouts) all tasted fresh. Ambiance: No music, again. No music really makes for an awkward dining experience, especially when no other diners are present. At least some sounds from the kitchen escaped to the front. That helped. Service: Not the worst for a Viet place. The waiter was over once for a water refill. However, we did have to flag him down another time. I would come back again :)

Had Vegetarian Pho and a Pork sub take-out. They will come out to the bus stop and give you your meal so you don't have to park and come in - nice touch. The soup was full of vegetables and the broth wasn't too heavy. The Sub was good, crisp french roll, thin-sliced grilled pork with tons of sprouts, cilantro and spicy peppers.

Check out the new Pho grill in Silver Spring. One block from Whole Foods. I think this used to be a chicken skewer restaurant previously. As seen below my favorite Vietnamese dish. Grilled pork chop with pork skin, fried egg over broken rice n fish sauce. Yummy! I will have to come back and check out the Pho!

Overall the food was good and the staffs were friendly. Very cute clean place. The flan (coconut flavor) was banging though.

New viet place in Silver Spring right across the street from the large parking lot on Wayne, so parking to get here is convenient. People here were really nice and attentive. They got our orders out pretty fast. The place is clean since it's new. Nothing special about the decor though. The food was just average. The pho dac biet came with a lot of meat but the noodles were overlooked and the broth tasted a little salty without too much other spice flavor. The Vietnamese pancake was interesting -- it had mung bean and bacon in it. Their fried rum banana dessert was somewhat disappointing, couldn't really taste the rum. Nothing too special about this place, but it sure beats the Pho-Hiep Hoa in the mall area and probably has the most convenient parking out of all the pho places in the area.

This is a great addition to Downtown Silver Spring. The prices are not inflated and the pho is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant itself is clean. I am hoping more foot traffic will come by because the food will eventually speak for itself. The broth is clean and there is not evidence of MSG or too much salt. I will be returning very soon!

This is the second time we ordered food from this place. The first time was YESTERDAY!!!!! The food is THAT good. We haven't had any of the pho soups yet but the grilled pork with vermicelli was so amazing. We also had the grilled beef with vermicelli. The beef was tender and seasoned to perfection. Also the broken rice special was different. I wasn't a fan of the pork skin it came with. I did looove the perfectly grilled big pork chop that was part of that dish. It was so good I didn't have time to take a photo before we ate it up. Also the grilled sesame rolls were so crispy and delicious. The delivery was fast! Can't wait to explore the menu more because to be honest everything sounds so yummy.

My go-to Vietnamese restaurant in Silver Spring! Their pho is really good! I've also sampled their grilled menu (all stolen from my boyfriend's portion, because I can't resist their pho to order anything else) and they're good too.

I love Pho to a point where if I find out about a new restaurant that I go there at least 3 times in one week. This place is good! I always go for my standards (pho, ice coffee and garden rolls). I was happy with everything I had and look forward to ordering the "grilled rolls".

I absolutely love this place. I am a celiac and they have been gracious enough to accommodate me. The food is fantastic. My favorite is the Vietnamese pancake, then the seafood pho.
